At The Culinary Farm we supply unwaxed citrus which is grown sustainably, and is spray- and chemical-free. Our citrus is particularly suited to culinary applications where the whole fruit, including the zest or rind, is utilised in beverages, jams, preserves and botanicals. We grow and supply Seedless Eureka Lemons, West Indian Limes, and Tahitian Limes.
