From our farm to your kitchen
Specialty Produce
Sustainably grown, spray and chemical free
At The Culinary Farm we grow specialty produce for the wholesale market. We supply directly to food and beverage businesses, restaurants and specialty fruit stores who are looking to source local, sustainably grown, spray- and chemical-free produce direct from the farm. Our produce is also available at the Farmers Markets.
Our farm is located in the stunning Chittering Valley region of Western Australia, 60km north of Perth. We operate a sustainable farm growing produce of the highest quality, taste, and freshness. Our farming operation specialises in the production of garlic, lemons, limes, flowers, and foliage.
Our crops are grown in deep loam soils producing incredible flavour and health benefits. Our flower and foliage crops are an important aspect of our farming practice to support pollinators and beneficial insects to thrive and assist our production. By not using chemical sprays or pesticides all our native insect populations are sustained and this assists in keeping a balanced ecosystem.
Sustainability is a key focus for us at The Culinary Farm. We conduct regular green mulching and continually expand worm colonies within our farming operation. This means that everything grown on our farm is healthier for you and healthier for the planet.
Our ready-to-plant cloves, selected from our finest garlic, will be available at the Autumn Kalamunda Garden Festival.

Our flower and foliage crops at The Culinary Farm are planted to attract beneficial creatures which allows us to grow and supply spray-free produce. Our hard-working beneficial creatures include ladybirds, beetles, flower flies, wasps, bees, praying mantis, lizards, spiders and birds.
We aim to have something in flower all year-round on the farm to encourage beneficial creatures to take up residence and help control pests. We use a variety of flowering plants with different bloom times, colours, forms and heights to attract a variety of beneficials.
Some of the flowers and foliage that we grow on the farm we supply to the wholesale flower market.
